A major search is under way on the River Dee in north Wales, after a boy aged seven was reported missing.

North Wales Police say the alarm was raised in Deeside just after 1500 BST on Sunday.

The operation is being co-ordinated with the help of the the coastguard in Liverpool.

An underwater rescue team has also been called in to assist police and other search teams in the area looking for the missing child. </p
